You’re In Charge

Don’t waste a second of your life. Find motivation in the challenges. Slow down and appreciate the small blessings. Appreciate and vocalize the love you feel. Workout because you can, not because you have to. Check in on your friends and family and check in often. Don’t waste your energy on holding grudges. Take pictures of everything. Or don’t. Post them all. Or don’t. Stop talking poorly about others and instead ask yourself why you feel so bothered by them. Just be nice. It’s not that hard. Eat intuitively. Learn about and listen to your body. Enough with making up excuses, just do what you want and live a life you can’t get enough of!
